Registration Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
All proposed directors must obtain Class III DSC from authorized agencies
Step 2: Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN)
All directors need unique DIN from MCA portal
Step 3: Name Reservation
File RUN (Reserve Unique Name) or Part A of SPICe+ form
Name should end with “Producer Company Limited“
Step 4: Draft Constitutional Documents
Memorandum of Association (MOA) – Objects and scope
Articles of Association (AOA) – Internal rules and regulations
List of Members with consent forms
Step 5: File Incorporation Form (SPICe+ Part B)
Submit SPICe+ Form (INC-32) along with:
MOA (INC-33)
AOA (INC-34)
INC-20A (Declaration for commencement)
AGILE-PRO (for GST, PAN, TAN, PF, ESIC)
Step 6: Pay Government Fees & Stamp Duty
Based on authorized share capital (minimum ₹5 lakhs recommended)
Step 7: Receive Certificate of Incorporation
